Our boiler died one morning, and we were up and running with a new Baxi Luna 3 within the week. Just Hot Water attended on the day and time arranged. Julian conducted some fault finding and ascertained that our 30year+ boiler was beyond repair as the part/s required were no longer available.Julian recommended the Baxi Luna 3 for ourselves, and explained why this was an appropriate unit. Julian's detailed (yet layperson) explanation, his ability to actually turn up on the day and time arranged, and his attention to detail was enough for us to not even bother getting another quote. N.B The quote did also seem reasonableAnd the install was just as seamless and hassle free as the quote! On time, on the day booked, and with all the same attention to detail. Julian explained and instructed how the system worked, and even took our calls afterwards when we had queries.Thoroughly recommend

I woke up to a dead hot water unit this morning. Found just hot water on the Internet and called them. Julian answered immediately and was able to diagnose the fault on the phone and go through a range of replacement options. He arrived later that morning and had the new unit installed and running by 1pm. I was impressed with how quick and efficient he was.

Julian helped troubleshoot an issue with our instantaneous water heater. Over the course of the phone call, he was patient, confident, and asked all the right questions which ultimately led to us figuring out that it was a supply issue to the property.We didn't end up needing his services this time, but when the inevitable failure of our aging heater happens, we know who we'll be calling again.

Although I’m not in the area that just hot water systems services however I called and spoke to Julian to try and get some advice on the different options of replacing our current gas one that has died, there’s not many people willing to give their honest opinion and I cannot thank Julian enough for his help and advice over the phone, if you are looking for someone to help you with your hot water service, I would highly recommend contacting just hot water systems, it’s a shame they’re only in the Melbourne area as I would use them in a heartbeat based off the phone call I had with Julian!
